Substance abuse affects everyone, destroying families, communities, and future generations - the fabric of our society.

The mission of Turnings is to promote health, with a primary concern for substance abuse. We will collaborate with individuals, families and communities within Ontario County to identify their distinct needs and to develop the highest quality and most effective opportunities for achieving a state of health and well-being.

We resolve that the impact of this endeavor will benefit all citizens.
