• Use only one keyword in your search
• Use root words, i.e. "health" instead of "healthcare"
• Use words in their singular form. i.e. "permit" instead of "permits"
• If you are unsure of complete spelling, use only the portion of the word you are sure of
• With words that can be spelled multiply ways, use the portion of the word common to both (i.e. Kathy and Cathy)
