LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF THE YEAR 2002

A Local Law Amending Local Law #3 Of 1997, Entitled "A Local Law Creating The Positions Of Deputy County Administrator, Abolishing Several Operating Divisions, And Further Clarifying Various Management Responsibilities"

Be it enacted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Ontario as follows:

SECTION 1:

Section 5 of Local Law No. 3 of 1997 of the County of Ontario entitled "Electronic Data Processing Department," is amended to delete the term "Director of Information Services", and insert instead the term "Chief Information Officer".

SECTION 2:

Nothing contained herein shall be construed to alter or impair the functions and/or duties of the department or its officers.

SECTION 3:

This local law shall take effect immediately.
