Kevin is hopeful that the Courts will utilize the Pretrial Release Program as a tool for supervising defendants and as time goes the program will expand. An area that he will be focusing on is educating those in the Ontario County Criminal Justice System about the Pretrial Release Program and how it can be beneficial. If you have any questions about the program please feel free to contact him at (716) 396-4263 or Kevin.Case@co.ontario.ny.us |
