We see ourselves as setting the standard for customer service in the Ontario County system; a leading planning agency in New York State; and a contributor to the national planning profession. On a broader scale, based on our efforts to support our clients, we see Ontario County as a community of productive, informed residents who enjoy safety, a diverse economy and stable environment.
