Driving Directions

The Canandaigua clinic is located in the Ontario County office complex on the South side of County Road 46, in the town of Hopewell, about 3.5 miles East of downtown Canandaigua.  The driveway into the office complex is marked by a gray sign on the ground, "Ontario County Hopewell Complex" and a street sign "County Complex Dr."   Enter the complex and turn left at the first stop sign (four-way stop).  At the end of the drive is a light-colored brick building (Health & Human Resources).  Park on the West (Canandaigua) side of the building.  Enter the main door.  The clinic is on the first floor, at the end of the hall.

General Directions

Take Routes 5&20 to Freshour Rd., which is about 4 miles East of downtown Canandaigua.  Go North (Freshour only goes North from 5&20).  Turn left at the next intersection, onto County Road #46.  Take the first left into the County office complex.

From the Thruway

Take exit 44 (Canandaigua).  Take Route 332 South into downtown Canandaigua.  Turn left onto Phelps Street (at the fire station).  Travel East 3.5 miles (Phelps St. becomes County Road 46).  Take a right into the County office complex.
