Can I purchase insurance now?
Starting October 1, 2013 New Yorker's will be able to purchase insurance coverage through the NY State of Health website.

What is the New York State of Health (NYSOH)?
NY State of Health is an on-line marketplace where New Yorker's can shop for health insurance. The site can be used by individuals, families and small businesses. The Marketplace is designed to help people compare options, calculate costs and select insurance coverage. It will also tell people what type of financial assistance is available to help pay for their insurance and if they are eligible for Medicaid.
