The Food & Nutrition (Dietary) Department does everything you would expect it to do - with a few special twists. We work hard to serve meals that are both nutritious and delicious, keeping in mind each resident's own special needs. The Facility has become each resident's new home, and we want to do our part to make each resident feel at home. As seen in the examples below, our residents are an integral part of the menu development.
