Our New Online Services provides a convenient and centralized way to Search the indexes of land records and court filings within the Ontario County Clerk’s Office. Images are not available at this time. 

For a copy of a document you may request by Mail by sending a self addressed stamped envelope and $.65 cents per page, with a minimum charge of $1.30 per document.

Specific Criteria
   Name:  Last   First            EXAMPLE: SMITH JOHN S
      OR Business Name         EX: JOHN S SMITH COMPANY
   Recorded Date:  Leave blank to search all records
      OR use the format MM/dd/yyyy to enter a specific date range
   Document Types:  Check All Document Types
      OR check a specific document type; check + to expand document types
