Criminal Records

Our files are for felony records only. They are generally open to the public for viewing unless ordered sealed or if confidential material is contained in a file. The general public is welcome to search the indexes in our office for felony records at no charge.

SEARCHES

If we receive a written request to provide this service there is a $5.00 charge for a 7 year uncertified search, per name requested.

We have no information regarding misdemeanors. That information is in the care of the city, town or village where the offense occurred.

If a case is being appealed from a lower court, we have instructional information available for your convenience, however we can not assist you in its preparation.
