Locations: Canandaigua Salvation Army, Geneva Elmcrest Apts, Clifton Springs Spa Apts, Honeoye United Church of Christ, Victor Saint Patrick’s Church and/or Gorham United Methodist Church.

Anyone age 60 and over is welcome.
Diners are given the opportunity to donate $2.50 toward the cost of the meal.  (No one is denied a meal because of inability to contribute.)


FREE PRESCRIPTION DRUG CARD

A free prescription drug card for all ages is available from the Office for the Aging.
To receive a card call: (585) 396-4040 or (315) 781-1321.


The Ontario County Office for the Aging prides itself on the vast amount of information provided to Senior Citizens and their caregivers. The Office for the Aging Intake Unit is open Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00 pm. Referrals, determined by need, are provided on an individual basis.
